Our company has been a proponent of 3D modeling since its founding. The extra energy required in the initial design phases pays off many times over in terms of time and quality in the execution design phase. At the same time, we ensure that the 2D final product (printable plan) also meets standard and industry expectations, in addition to the basic aesthetic needs of the architectural profession. Our internal company standards have developed accordingly over the years, so we perceived the BIM methodology’s rise in the industry as part of a natural process. We always obtain our printable drawings, consignments, and room lists from a model-based information database.
